The online magazine Tourisma Post and the National Confederation of Tourism launched between May 15 and June 15, 2020, a large national survey to find out the regions that most Moroccans dream of, those where they will like to go at the end containment. Here are the results.

“Which region makes you dream the most? ” Is the question that the National Confederation of Tourism and Tourisma Post asked for their survey launched on May 15 and closed on June 15.

The twelve regions of the Kingdom were in the running, each presenting certain strengths. Several thousand votes were thus recorded and the 4 regions which were acclaimed are  Dakhla Oued Eddahab, Tanger-Tétouan-El Houceima, Marrakech-Safi and Agadir-Souss Massa.

"This is an unsurprising result for a summer season, insofar as, during these long months of confinement, Internet users dreamed of escapes, wide open spaces and the open sea"  underlines Fouzi Zemrani, Vice-President General of the National Confederation of Tourism.

Dakhla Oued Eddahab  is indeed a call to the great outdoors and corresponding to the desires of Moroccans in the aftermath of confinement, large spaces and escape.

The North Region  is, for its part, the seaside region par excellence for summer holidays. Marrakech , respond to a need for exoticism and celebration. The ocher city overflowing with a multitude of hotels, restaurants, spas etc ... And finally Agadir Souss-Massa is a seaside region that meets the expectations of Moroccans who travel with their family.

Remember that this is the fourth edition of this survey launched by  Tourisma Post and the CNT and that over the years, this prize has thus become a real lever for promoting regions for internal tourism.
